Can black mold spores hurt my cat?
While away I lock my cat in a little 'cat room', an 8x8 extra bedroom in my apartment. There is a china cabinet in there he loves to hide under. I took apart the cabinet and found the entire wall behind it was covered in fuzzy black mold from a leak our neighbors had months ago. The apartment is taking care of it, but do I need to be concerned for my cats health? He hasn't shown any odd symptoms at all.

- Black mold spores can hurt you, children, and pets. It may not be an immediate issue, but it can cause issues later in life for all parties.
